Easy2send is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified

We are continuously monitoring, guaranteeing and improving the quality of our services. We only go for the best and safest solutions in the field of logistics. This resulted in a successful audit by SGS in April 2020 for obtaining the ISO 9001 certificate and in March 2022 a successful audit by SGS for obtaining the ISO 27001 certificate.

Following the ISO standards, Easy2send works with a quality management system. We do this to ensure that we achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Obtaining the certificates is a confirmation of the level of quality that existing, but also potential customers can expect from Easy2send.

ISO 9001 is a household name in almost every sector: it is an internationally recognized standard in the field of quality management and therefore a benchmark for transparency and reliability in the market. Quality management is reflected in all parts of the process in our organization. At Easy2send, quality management means the proper management of our services and mapping out whether they meet the needs, requirements, wishes and specifications of customers, but also other stakeholders. Think, for example, of legislation. With ISO 9001 quality management, we ensure continuous improvement of quality so that we can increasingly meet the needs of our customers.


ISO 27001

ISO 27001 is a globally recognized standard in the field of information security. The standard describes how we deal with the security of information in a process-based manner, with the aim of ensuring the confidentiality, availability and integrity of information within our organization. Think of protecting personal and / or company data, protection against hackers and burglary. With an ISO 27001 certification, we show that we meet all information security requirements.


Easy2send is a regulated air cargo agent in the EU database. Thanks to the recognition of the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee, Easy2send can keep the safe chain closed to you in the event that you are a known consigner (KC) in the EU database. This can be a big advantage if, for example, your cargo cannot be screened by explosive detection dogs, X-ray and other screening methods. If you are not a registered known consignor, we can in most cases package your cargo and declare it safe for you. The advantages of this are that your cargo can travel faster on the plane, that the packaging does not have to be opened or screened at the handler and you save costs for extra screening and handling costs.

. On Tuesday 27 October 2020, we received this prestigious entrepreneur award from Het Financieele Dagblad.

This award is therefore a fantastic recognition for our hard work of recent years, and we are very proud of this! This year was the seventeenth time that this prize was awarded to various Dutch companies. FD Gazelle doesn't just get you, the Financieel Dagblad uses heavy criteria in the selection. For example, companies must have achieved, among other things, revenue growth of at least 20 in the previous three years, with the last year also having to be profitable.

The team of good planners, couriers, other employees and loyal clients have made it possible to be FD Gazelle again this year. We are therefore incredibly proud of this fantastic recognition of the Financieele Dagblad and want to thank everyone who has made this possible!
